Terms of use.

These terms apply to the website reckonedforce.com and to the games and apps published by Reckoned Force LLC ("we"), including WINGRIFT. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The products

Our products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them available and fun, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and online features may change or be discontinued.

Virtual items

Coins, upgrades, and similar in-game items are game features, not property or currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may adjust game balance, economies, and item values as part of maintaining the games.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds follow the store's refund policies. The Remove Ads purchase disables interstitial ads in the app it was bought in, on the store account that bought it, and can be restored on a new device from Settings.

Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs to gain advantage over other players, disrupt online matches, or interfere with our servers. We may block access to online features to protect other players.

Intellectual property

The products, including their names, art, code, and sounds, belong to Reckoned Force LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights beyond using the products as intended.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reckoned Force LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
