Delete your data.

This page covers the games and apps published by Reckoned Force LLC ("we"), including Drip Doodle and WINGRIFT. It explains what you can delete yourself, what we hold, and how to ask us to delete anything that remains.

The short version: our games have no accounts and no sign in, and we keep no copy of your game data on our servers. Almost everything is on your device, where you can clear it in seconds without asking anyone.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Drip Doodle: open Settings, tap Reset progress, then confirm. This clears your solved levels, rating, coins and unlocked items from the device. Your settings and anything you have paid for are kept, because a reset is not a refund.

Any of our games: uninstalling removes everything the game stored on your device, including progress, settings and the automatically assigned name it gave you. Nothing is left behind and nothing is recoverable afterwards.

What we hold on our servers

Nothing that identifies you. Drip Doodle keeps your progress on your device only. It sends the result of each attempt (which puzzle, won or lost, how many tries, stars, ink used, seconds taken, and whether a hint was used) so we can tell which puzzles are too hard or too easy, and those results carry no identifier: they cannot be traced back to a person or a device, by us or by anyone else. WINGRIFT's online play passes your inputs and assigned pilot name between players while a match is running and keeps nothing when it ends.

Because there is no account and no stored copy, there is nothing on our side to look up, export or delete. That is deliberate.

Purchases

Purchases such as Remove Ads are held by Apple and Google against the store account that bought them. We never see your payment details and we do not keep a record of your purchase. This is also why Restore purchases works after a reinstall: the app asks the store, not us. For the same reason, we cannot delete a purchase record; that belongs to Apple or Google and is subject to their policies and to the tax and accounting records they are required to keep.

Advertising

Our games show ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, diagnostic information and IP address to serve and measure ads. That data is held by Google, not by us, and is covered by Google's privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings: on Android under Settings, Google, Ads, and on iOS by turning off tracking for the app under Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking.

Ask us to delete something

If you would still like us to check, or you believe we hold something about you, email the address on our contact page with the subject Data deletion, and tell us which app it concerns. If you have one, include the support id shown in Drip Doodle under Settings, so we can search for it.

We reply within 30 days. In almost every case the answer will be that we hold nothing about you, and we will say so plainly and confirm what your device still has and how to clear it.

Retention

We hold no personal data, so there is no retention period for it. The anonymous per puzzle results described above are kept while a game is live, because they are what keep its difficulty honest, and they contain nothing that identifies anyone. Data held by Google for advertising is retained under Google's own policies.
